Well, it was a such great stay by our next visit. The room was new-fashioned and huge, had a flat-screen television, a coffee machine, and an iron. The restaurant was great, we tried savoury dishes. This hotel met expectation in every way, would be happy to recommend.

Some people working there were not so friendly.

Cool and fairly clean place, wonderful staff who are always friendly and provide great service. Really tasty breakfast with good selections and with excellent food available. The location - great and handy, in the heart of Los Angeles.

Had a nice stay by our next visit, would definitely stop here again. The hotel's location was very central, to a fabulous restaurant close by.

Great location, minute walk from State Theatre. Walk from main tourist attractions, like a central market and a theater. Luxury fairly quiet room with great facilities.

Great-sized and beautifully designed rooms with the bathroom as well as great view to the downtown, amazing pool area.

Marvellous location to attractions like a performing arts theater, that was really close to the property. Enjoyed the way our elegant deluxe room on floors 10-12 was arranged. Climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen television were provided.

Best thing was the American breakfast with fresh fruit and good hearty selections, as for instance. Nicely decorated and well-appointed rooms, attentive employees who are always friendly and provide great service. Unbeatable and ideal location steps away from Jewelry District. Adjacent to public areas, indoor basketball court, and a "10 " located downtown Los Angeles.

Our stay was relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed varied and good hot breakfasts.

it was safe and we would come here again. by and large, it was excellant base for sightseeing in los angeles, had much fun and met superfriendly and extremely accommodating stuff who are always friendly and provide great service.

We loved the included breakfast and Wi-Fi, and the parking rate was reasonable for downtown. The athletic facilities were fantastic and there were plenty of activities for the whole family.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

The bathrooms in the room. They were very small and no counter space, very dissastisfied.

Great room, convenient location in downtown LA, helpful staff, excellent workout facilities w/ indoor track and swimming pool, first class breakfast included every morning with made-to-order omelettes, etc.

A little far from the convention center, but the conference had a shuttle which stopped at the Sheraton 2 blocks away so no big deal. Also outside the hotel there were some "questionable" street people but they weren't too aggressive so not a big problem.
